Ocean Watercolour

I love the idea of a having images in the background that are subtle and what better to use the Lawn Fawn mermaid for you and critters in the sea. What better inks to watercolour with the Tim Holtz Distress Oxide. The sentiment was made using the Simon Says Stamp painted happy birthday wafer die.
